Join our recent 200 Hour Teacher Training graduates as they begin to teach at FHPY. Funds raised will help to subsidize our future teacher training programs.

For sanitary reasons we cannot offer loaner equipment and our very limited space prevents us from being able to store your personal equipment in the studio.
For yoga please bring a yoga mat, towel and/or block if needed. Sculpt classes bring a yoga mat, optional 1-2 lb. hand weights and/or ankle & wrists weights. These tools enhance the class but are not required.
As a courtesy we have provided the below links if you would like to purchase Sculpt equipment that you can bring to be used in class.
FHPY is not responsible for items left at the studio.
